Your dew is nice too at 15, BWI 18, MTN's is always a bit up either because its wrong or its by the water, but I think it overdoes it a bit at 23. Snow on the ground all the way from DE/NJ line to Exit 77 in Bel Air, just inside the LWX area line (around 730 p.m.).
