Not a bad analogy. I was in la but I recall departing in late December during a major pacific storm on the west coast to a torch on the east coast. Big turnaround Inauguration Day for Reagan's second term.

Yea....turned cold...and drier than a nun's vag.

Yeah was too cold both days to ski non-stop, frequent quick stops in the lodges.  Averaged about 15 miles a day per Ski Tracks, not bad with little ones.

 

 

See the pattern really is different.

Well EMA has been cursed more than the rest for sure. Phil has had a couple of good events.

Let's revisit all these at the end of the season. Awesome about skiing, good time every time .

Jerry the only thing I wonder is if we're seeing the models lose one situation in favor of another like has happened with some famous cases over the years.  IE, maybe it isn't the first wave that develops.   That's the only thing I can see changing, because that s/w is smooshed as modeled by everything right now and is NBD.
