NAM cuts off a low over CA while the energy north of MT is at least initially weaker obviously. What that all means who knows, but somehow I bet it doesn't help us? The regular report I saw later talked about the country warming in 2-3 weeks...that's the report on their site. But obviously one was based on the stuff from WSI.
