CooL
That's a great look on the euro...almost making that little left hook at the end. Does it look very close to a phase bomb to you? I think if the s/w continues to trend slower then we have a better chance of a cleaner phase with the great lakes energy. This looks very close to a dc-bos hit to me. I don't think it's going to be slow enough for a huge phase bomb. There isn't much blocking down stream.
mahk_webstah
I think many of us have been saying to not worry about the southern tracks yet for days. I think the slowing down and the left turn at the end could bode well for us...
H2Otown_WX
nice little 4-8 inch event looks good It's definitely not 4-8" up there verbatim but I'm guessing this is going to trend north.

powderfreak
Ahem Generally if you are going to be NW of Albany in the southern Dacks region, judging by the SNE posts, you'd be too far NW.
moneypitmike
Need some northward trend--lots of time for it to happen. Hopefully it'll be a little earlier than EC shows. Want easy access to BDL for noon flight--don't want to waste time claering the drive.

CTWeatherFreak
That's my fear (fear's a little strong)--give me Montauk/Vineyard Concern.. Its your 'Concern'.. It only becomes your 'Fear' when it starts moving east northeast off Delmarva into the open waters of the Atlantic. Mine too!!
powderfreak
Well, that blows. Not that I'm wishing anything on anybody, but usually for that location you'd like to see mixed or rain in southeast New England for snow that far NW. powderfreak
That's my fear (fear's a little strong)--give me Montauk/Vineyard LOL and over PVD/BOS for up here. We all have our own "benchmarks." Anyway, looks solid for some areas that are more snow starved than others, so that's good. I actually think Tolland is on track to do the best this season relative to climo (as a percentage) as anywhere in New England lol.

CoastalWx
On phone but ensembles didn't look too different from op, maybe a hair south?
dendrite
On phone but ensembles didn't look too different from op, maybe a hair south?MSLP is close to the op...maybe a bit faster. Mean QPF is decently north of the op so there must be some more amplified members in there.

dendrite
Yummy! Won't be a blockbuster but should be a decent hit. The trough is a bit disorganized with multiple s/w's, but it was close to a partial phase.
