Awesome then...a 2 week winter-guess it's twice as long as last year.

Based on WSI:

In February, WSI forecasts:

Northeast: Colder than normal

 

In both March and April, WSI forecasts:

Northeast: Warmer than normal

 

(their graphic had us " a lot warmer" than normal for Morch and April.

Yes that's different then what you stated. 2-3 weeks is barely mid Feb. I know Crawford.
