SnowGoose69 Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 The 00Z OKX was above 0C from about 810-920mb...the layer from 820-920 could be cooled below 0C by evaporative cooling while the layer around 810 was already saturated....so yeah, confirming previous posts...lots of sleet possible.
