Damage In Tolland
GFS was right with the quick early thump though. My numbers after 12z models yesterday were a little too aggressive I think for BDL and ORH but we mentioned this after 18z and 0z came in. BDL will have 4-
Mr Torchey
GFS was atrocious for this event. The colder models won. S coast was always on the line but gfs was driving taint into nh. Taint ain't gonna happen in MHT. I only care about one place, and thats here, Euro was way too cold for me, congrats on the snow, gfs was right about your thumping but whatever. moneypitmike
In some relativley good stuff here with reasonable intensity and quality. The NAM (and GFS, too I think) had a weenie area NW Mass holding onto qpf longer. Might play out that way. Temp stuck for the last couple hours--25.9/25. Damage In Tolland
yes it did, most of whats on the ground is ip euro was abysmal here, i started as rain and am finishing as rain The euro nailed this event days ago. The GFS had sleet up into NH lol. GFS couldn't have been worse . Just a piece of crap
RIcoastalWX
32.5/30 - light rain and light sleet. 3/4" of snow/sleet/ice. By the looks of the drooping trees, there was a good amount of freezing rain.

Just a piece of crap You mean the ggem and ukie had it, the euro was asleep at the wheel, how quickly you forget. Enjoy your snow who cares what happened down here. CT Rain
GFS was right with the quick early thump though. My numbers after 12z models yesterday were a little too aggressive I think for BDL and ORH but we mentioned this after 18z and 0z came in. Yeah GFS wasn't that bad... had the front thump OK. It was a bit too warm in mid levels and the NAM/Euro were a bit too cold. Consensus would have worked well.
sfenn1117
Cleared almost 4" off my car in Manchester this morning, could visibly see the intensity diminish as I got closer to Hartford
CT Rain
12z ob - 3.8" of new snow with 0.39" liquid equivalent. Definitely a little more wet than the December storm. On the grass and deck I was measuring over 4 but the snow board (much like Dual Pol) doesn't lie.

kevin1927
What a nice surprise here this morning. Snow sticking to everything. Finally not screwed over in BOS. Heck it's still even snowing all the way down in Plymouth at last ob.

CT Rain
Why would there be any difference between a deck and snow board? Deck seems to get some snow off the roof. It's like a weenie collection spot on the side of the house even with light winds I've noticed it seems to collect better there.
mahk_webstah
barely an inch here, can still see grass....yet another mystery dry hole opens up on radar over merrimack county this morning. At least others are doing well, but this one sucks again (3rd storm in a row underperformed) up here.
CT Rain
I think we're done here with accumulation to be honest. Models did a nice job pegging the early cut off.

weatherMA
720am, 30.4F total: 2.8" last hour: .8" snowfall is light under greater than 1 mile vis...we'll end up with like 3.5"-4" unless we get some heavier bands to swing through.

Stand by for Kevin's denial....... Still ocming down fairly well in GC as some of the models suggested. Far cry from 5:00a.m., but still tagging onto the totals.
