weathafella
Yeah but I don't consider you BOS..You're inland I take that as a compliment..lol. Usually what BOS gets I get. This season has been weird but at least today it's reverting to expected. BOS now down to 30 at the special 23 after the hour report. And I'm with snow otg and building. moneypitmike
For Ray? LOL. I think it's reasonable for another 1-1.5". SN/SN- here, but the flakes are very good so accumulation still continuing. I wonder what these ratios are--they must be outstanding!

The heaviest snows fall just to the north of the mix line. We should end up in the 5-6 inch range it appears

Zeroth
The intensity has dropped considerably in the last 30 minutes or so. Radar to the west looks to be drying out fairly quickly. Hopefully we can wring out a few more inches.
weathafella
This snow is accumulating so easily. I won't be surprised to end up with close to 4.
MaineJayhawk
I measured 0.5" 45 minutes ago as I inadvertantly locked myself out of the building. Reports from co-workers are that the roads are slicking up wicked bad.

Mr Torchey
Radar over western ct is evaporating, this will be over for Kevin in 30 minutes or so, more in southern ct, shocked out how fast this is moving up north.

Damage In Tolland
33 rain gfs did an excellent job here, temp profiles were spot on. The GFS gave you no snow and no ice. It was abysmal everyhwere until 18z yesterday when it finally caved to Euro
weatherMA
yeah this is moving out fast. Lightening up here. I might barely make advisory criteria tbh.
CoastalWx
GFS was right with the quick early thump though. My numbers after 12z models yesterday were a little too aggressive I think for BDL and ORH but we mentioned this after 18z and 0z came in.

weathafella
whats so funny, northern western fairfield cty is precip free, have you looked, I can post it? GFS was atrocious for this event. The colder models won. S coast was always on the line but gfs was driving taint into nh. Taint ain't gonna happen in MHT.
