Damage In Tolland Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Has anyone noticed that when the pattern looks great with cold and plenty of snow threats Tip downgrades things, and tries to tell us he's not emotionally invested in weather and snow..but when the pattern is awful with 6 vortex's rotating around each other on a Merry Go round in the Gulf of Alaska, NAO is ++++++, the AO is--------,and the MJO is in Phase 5-6..he gets excited and looks for ice threats and ways to gin up cold snowstorms?
