Thunder Road
I'm pretty sure Mount Holly won't take sophomores for volunteerships (nonetheless, Gary will be getting an e-mail from me soon anyway, just to be triple sure) so I'm looking for other things in PA, NJ, and DE (that I could drive to) or anywhere in the U.S. that will pay me (hahahahaha pay a sophomore? yeah right). It also seems like NBC10 only wants juniors for meteorology internships (according to the NWA listing) so that might not work either. Do any of you work at places that take summer volunteers, or know of good places to apply? Thanks in advance! Ryan

Thunder Road
Ryan, Yes its normally after junior year. I understand the competition is tough in the Northeast offices. Thanks. Maybe I'll move out to Elko for the summer. Less competition out there. Thanks.

He is in charge of finding and deciding on summer volunteers. Best of luck.
Thunder Road
I have a phone interview with Sterling on Thursday. Any suggestions?
Mitchell Gaines
I have a phone interview with Sterling on Thursday. Any suggestions? 1. Be yourself 2. Be confident and concise with your answers. 3. Highlight your strengths but don't go overboard, mention what projects you have done in school already as most volunteers work on a project 4. Have a few questions to ask them 5. Be professional and have notes/resume/transcript beside you to help. Good luck!
