It will be interesting to see the outcome. NASA will be posting both the December and 2013 outcomes. 2013 probably was the 5th or 6th warmest year on record for the GISS dataset. I expected a weak NINO just to get to my predictions and we ended up with an entire year of the ONI averaging -.33C going back to the December 2012 update.
