WestWind
I was looking for current international data and in the process ran across the WeatherSpark site. I see they have an application that allows linear regression of temperature data from stations selected according to a wide variety of criteria. Looks like this could be very useful to determine how specific areas are being affected by warming thus far. http://weatherspark.com/climatetrends Using all stations with reasonably good data, it shows a rise rate of +3.9 degrees F per century. I'm not affiliated with the site in any way. The temperature trend data is free.
