DaculaWeather
Is there anyone that would like to have their Area Forecast Discussion delivered to their mailbox as soon as they are issued? I already send myself all of the AFD's in the SE anyway, so everything is setup. Let me know if you would have an interest.

DaculaWeather
It would be for free. As far as a history, they only go back 50 AFD's

isohume
Why not a nice even 100? I mean, we're soooooo close. If you offer 100, then someone will want 200, then someone will want 1000. You gotta draw the line somewhere.

isohume
Haha! We are never satisfied. If people believe the world is here to satisfy them, whenever they begin to encounter their limitations, they become unhappy again. - Tolle

GaffneyPeach
@NWSGSP on twitter is okay. Don't really want to turn those notifications on, though. I follow them for severe weather updates but mostly I get "7th warmest Dec. on record" tweets and such. There was that time they completely took over my smart phone and scared the mess out of me. I find myself a bit redundant on wx updates from various sources but I'm sure some folks would like to have it.
DaculaWeather
You're welcome to try it out, no obligation. I can take you off the list if you don't want them. I just thought I'd offer it as a service to AMWX forum people, and specifically the SE people. I receive the AFD's, HWO's, and all the other watches and warnings for most places in the SE through WXMesg Server software. It also sends to Facebook, Twitter, and to an email group that people have signed up for on my website. The service is very fast and you'll generally have the email within the minute it's issued. Again, it's free and without any obligation, just thought I'd offer it!
