Holly-land too. Giving those 5 to Upton was essentially due to their proximity to NYC proper and the non-desirability of completely slicing a media market in two. I would just keep your fingers crossed for the clipper. With that cold air in place .1 qpf can turn to 2 inches easily, i know your gf is used to 2.
