Maybe they should be more consistent. I'm just replying about the discussion like others are doing.

So, tell me how should I reply? Are you saying only certain people should be allowed to post?

If you can't add anything relevant then you shouldn't. You've been given some slack but today you've just been terrible.

My gawd brick....how many different ways can you say the same thing? We get it...the roads may or may not be nasty and the models are undecided. Take some friendly advice, read more/post less before you get a timeout.

This. Your posts always say the same exact thing as your previous post, or states the obvious/what somebody else has already posted. Sometimes you do add something new to the discussion, but not today.

Always arguing about it probably isn't helping your case, either.

Wait!  I'd like to propose an amendment to the rules before you decide on Brick.

Proposed Amendment: All timeouts are to be served hanging upside down in front of a TV that is showing nothing but reruns of Miami's January local forecasts.

Man I know this is a minor event, but there are only 22 people in the SouthEastern forums. I think we're still hung over from last week. What happens If this next storm starts to show favorably? **three weeks of model tracking

People are still waiting for the big one. But I think a lot of people are too focused on the amounts with this one. It's not going to be much snow, but it can still have a big impact on the roads.

Yeah, I'm a bit surprised, too, though it is the middle of the day.  I'm sure we'll have more tonight.

We could still get a surprise from this system. Many years back there was a similar system that gave Raleigh down towards Goldsboro around 7". In that case it definitly over performed. **RAH is looking for some possible snow flurries over our area late tonight. **maybe a light dusting for a luck few

There's always a chance. I really feel the only thing the models can show with regards to wintry weather around here is that there is a potential SOMETHING will happen. What actually happens is anyone's guess.

18Z suite is going to suck. Warmer, farther north, lighter QPF, dry slots, and higher sun angles.

Really, the best rule of thumb is to take the warmest model and the driest model and combine them. That's how much snow and ice you're going to get. Anything that trends colder and wetter, throw it out.

I feel shafted....again. From now on I'm picking the model and run that fits me best (NGA) and unplugging. I was excited for .25 ice storm here. I even dusted off the monopoly and scrabble games for me and the kids, hoping there would be no power or at least no TV and internet.

I'm bumming....... cliff diving and think I'll take my balls and go home.

I  don't want to clog discussion asking stupid questions, but can someone explain to me specifically how NGa is WSW material, but when channel 2 just ran their model almost all precip (frozen) was south of warning area and showed almost no precip for areas north. The model they ran was like absolutely nothing I have seen here in the last few days.
