1. Fresh Baked Bouille that's a t leat 6" or more.

2. special sauce only on the top layer of the bottom side of next layer.

3. the rest is really elementary my dear, black forest ham, roast beef, roasted turkey, swiss, american, havati cheeses, overnight pickled red onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo, mustard.

The correct response is, "how did you do that?". Mr. Burns you went to a weenie image sight and left clicked what?

"Save image address" or "Copy image address", you have a PC and since that's like living in the stone ages I am not quite sure how to do it on Windows. Now, if you had a Mac, that would be different.  :)

As most here are painfully aware, the majority of the cold/snow this winter has been in Asia and Europe instead of this country. Check out these pictures from Russia on their terrible winter going on. http://rt.com/news/winter-snow-russia-weather-275/

This seems to be the norm for a cold PDO, warm AMO regime, especially in the early years of a cold PDO. I think we can expect more La Nina's than El Nino's during this period which historically is not great for the SE as the SE ridge becomes the dominant force in the winter season(s)
