We've got about 3 inches here in the Pittsburgh area and traffic is a mess because it is so cold and nothing is melting. Roads are being plowed and salted and are covered again quickly. I bet, It's so cold today that the highway lanes that look clear freeze back over after awhile. I-99 at 17th St in Altoona has some issues by the look of it. Wow, so pretty much they haven't had an inch of snow since the middle of last February. That'd suck.
