mattmfm
Looks like about 10 more minutes of this band before we're done. Hovering just under 10", solid event. Probably the largest event I can remember without a gust above 20mph. Weird.
RI Rob
Just measured again at 12 and I have 9.5-10 inches depending on where I measure. SOO I think I'll have 10 inches by the end of this.
weatherMA
haha wow literally just posted that .. maybe break 10"? I don't know, I'm at 9.2-9.3. Maybe. You must be at 9.5-9.6 so maybe you do?
DomNH
Weenie accumulating -SN persists. 6.9'' as of 15 minutes ago.
Logan11
5.5" here. Not bad for missing the main snow with the coastal low. -SN keeps whisping down as this thing snows itself out.
Ryan
Pretty much 5" on the nose here. Still snowing lightly. Fair amount less than Dom to my NW or Ray to my SE and even MarkO nearby in Lowell. I think the first 2 or 3 hours of the storm hurt my totals here. Not complaining though - thrilled to get it and it looks great! Same here in Atkinson. Seems like most of the valley gets 5-6" out of this one. OKpowdah
4" of concrete, 9" of fluff. Snow aint goin anywhere. I have about 20" at home and assuming Plymouth got 4" from this event based on surrounding reports, they have 18.5" on the year. Who would have thought I'd be beating them at this point. My point was the fluff will go poof when we get below zero dew points. And at the same time, this fresh snow cover will definitely help with some frigid temperatures over the next week. Gonna get a nice taste of New England winter before heading down to Texas next week
Cold Miser
11.5" last checked about 30 mins ago. Still light snow falling. Nice over performer. Off to bed.

Logan11
It looks like a couple good sub zero nights coming up for many with the deep snowpack. It will be my second real arctic airmass of the season. Earlier in the month I had a day that didn't exceed 12F while on vacation in Krakow, Poland. Glad the cold finally made it here. yeah...i will enjoy my highs of 15F with wind midweek. Tailpipe special.

sankaty
The steady snow just keeps coming here. This has been a fantastic spot for this storm. Stuck at 10.75 storm total despite the steady snow continuing. Guessing that the fluff is settling at about the rate that the falling snow is accumulating. Ryan
Nice website, btw. OT - but Raiders also almost beat perennial powerhouse St. Anthony's of NJ yesterday! Thanks...I appreciate it! I know...a lot of us pretty much considered it a win! A few of my buddies went down to Boston to watch. I had a family thing and couldn't get out of it. Went to see them play Lawrence HS tonight in the championship round of the Christmas Tournament...great group of guys on that team. Can't wait to see what they do down the road! I and getting a report of inches of snow usin the Straight measure method versus the six hour method and it is an area of Cumberland I get More, so there is a chance I got a foot. ORH_wxman
Well when you space it out..I mean it's not like I averaged a 3' snowpack. I even got semi screwed by the early Feb OES storm where just NE of me had 30"(I lived in interior SE MA...Brockton). However, I was in heaven. That was your one winter that you didnt deserve as much as you got in the past 5 years. Obviously last year tried to reverse that. Climo is harsh sometimes. I'm still waiting to get porked here for a few years in a row. We are averaging like 77" per year since 1992-1993...even including last year's sh**show. Yeah it just kept coming. So many great memories...more of that winter, than in '95-'96. I guess those winters in the 90s will always be special after going through the agony in the 80s. However, I suppose it never felt as bad as it should have, considering I really didn't know any better. We weren't accustomed to great winters for the most part, so crappy winters just felt like te norm.
