You will probably do a little better than me. I am probably 10 miles NW of you as the crow flies...

It's good to not be stuck in subsidence for once. Been on the tip of the bands that have been crushing ORH all night. Possibly the most fun storm here since 1/12/11...no prolific amounts, but more than expected and such heavy snow.

Wtnh just had me in the 2-4 " storm total... Well i guess if you add them together they are right

Ha, I said the same thing when I saw their 9pm report...

Hmm snow filling in back over western ct maybe I get 8"

Yeah, I think I called my 6" final a little too soon...snow picked up again here...radar looking pretty good

Don't kick the dog..he had nothing to do with it.

Wxniss and I lost about 90 minutes. The start was really nice and dropped 2 inches before the cf and now adding again but the snow is so wet that most is caught in the trees above my deck. The roads are covered again and frequent plowing (every 20 minutes) is heard.

Nice work on the 9"! I got sort of screwed here during the height... I missed out of about 1 hour of really good stuff inbetween mesoscale bands. I saw the DOT ob at 8 p.m. had only 4" in Farmington so we probably got screwed here a bit.

Can't complain though with 8.5" on the ground. With the cold moving in we'll have to watch it slowly sublimate over the next few!

I actually measured only 8.2" which is 5 more that I thought I'd get

Water equivalent is 0.45" , total fluff, lol

Just dumping right now...NE winds FTW right now...if they were NW we'd probably have 2 mile light snow as the W edge of the band is probably about 5-7 miles west.

20dbz and we're ripping 2/hour. This is just sick.

Every other storm now I will refer to this one when I'm under 20 dbz and getting 1-2 mile light snow lol.
