As soon as that N-NNE wind shift line which is currently over CNJ makes it over the area everyone will probably go over to snow in a short span....thats usually how it happens. Hopefully snow wins out soon. snowed heaviy for 10 minutes ( and covered all including pavement) in Kew Gardens Queens. Been rain since then, very disappointing.
