MaineJayhawk
I would have rathered seen it go NW...but having it not is not some sort of epic setback. Its been a terrible model all season. The secret weapon is the RPM this event. Where is the -8C isotherm on the RPM?

ctsnowstorm628
Its 2-4 up here and if you can't deal with that leave the board LOL. 2-4" at my house is an Effin god sent. Seriously we had 1/21 and that's IT. I am welcoming 4-7 with open arms...laying out the rose petals and putting on Marvin Gaye. Bring it.
ORH_wxman
I'm not sure if this is sarcasm.. It is. But its insistance is pretty funny. The 00z run is basically pulling a 12/9/05.
#NoPoles
Again as earlier - the NAM picked up on the NW trend...other models continued and showed precip. This has happened again with this suite. NAM is again showing another NW tick - the rest will follow. Time to get pumped! :weenie tag:
wxsniss
very tight gradient for those on cellphones, very roughly: tight gradient of 0.5 - 1.25" from south of Boston, ~Quincy to Canal 1.25-2" from Canal to outer Cape, (qpf, not all snow) (EDIT: more like 1.5 on outer Cape, maps didn't have enough resolution)
ChrisM
It is. But its insistance is pretty funny. The 00z run is basically pulling a 12/9/05. What did it show for two days ago-yesterday? Couldnt have been as brutal as the HRRR was for wct lol

ctsnowstorm628
I'm gonna be that guy. What'd the rpm show? I mean it's done decently this season from when I've viewed it. Why the hell is it being so irratic?
USCAPEWEATHERAF
The NAM didn't really surprise me in any way. That main vort max is quite strong and the NAM attempts to close off at H5 for a time there. However it just didn't make it. It really jumps the energy all around New England. Theres a vort max here and there and then over there. Its all over the place with the energy. I think we see something more consolidated.
