They raised the amounts up here ..

 

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11 am EST
Friday...

* locations... Delaware... Otsego... and Sullivan counties in New
York.

* Hazards... snow.

* Accumulations... storm totals of 3 to 6 inches most areas... with
locally greater amounts up to 7 or 8 inches... over the higher
terrain in far eastern portions of these counties.

* Timing... snow will continue across the area overnight... moderate
to heavy at times. Steadier snow will diminish to scattered
flurries Friday morning... generally between 7 and 10 am.

* Temperatures... in the 20s.

* Winds... north 10 to 15 mph... with gusts to 20 mph.

* Impacts... snow covered and slippery roads.

Meantime upton lowered totals for us lol smh..  Now only 2-5" expected.

I'm at 4 inches by me and still have heavy snow falling. Plows passed through twice already. I like this kind of snow cause it plasters everything.

I would say 6 is certainly attainable. Especially if it goes til mid morning.

 

Everything is caked right now lol.. Should be a pretty sight at sun up. 6" looks like a real possibility for most in Orange County..

Yeah I'm at 5 inches now- headed to 6. Still heavy snows. Been like this for hours now. If this turns out to be the last hurrah of winter it's been a nice storm so far. Went from a non-achiever last night to over achieving tonight. Of course it will be a sloppy mess come this weekend with milder temps.

What do you think? Last white of the winter?

Nah I think we are due for an old school March. Probably one or 2 more events in store for us..
