dmc76
Is it just me or we getting some enhancement from Lake Erie as well? http://www.wunderground.com/radar/radblast.asp?zoommode=pan&prevzoom=zoom&num=6&frame=0&delay=15&scale=1.000&noclutter=0&ID=WSO&type=C0R&showstorms=0&lat=0&lon=0&label=you&map.x=400&map.y=240&scale=1.000¢erx=400¢ery=240&showlabels=1&rainsnow=0&lightning=0&lerror=20&num_stns_min=2&num_stns_max=9999&avg_off=9999&smooth=

Winds are NE/NNE so if it were LES it'd be slamming into OH.
toronto blizzard
Haldimand and Norfolk counties on the north shore of Lake Erie getting rocked. Closing in on an inch here now. Snowstorms
Haldimand and Norfolk counties on the north shore of Lake Erie getting rocked. I measured about 0.7-0.8cm so far, how about you Canuck? Another impressive band coming in across of Lake Ontario towards downtown. Snowing moderately and quite windy outside. Stevo6899
At my rents house in macomb. Still pouring snow. Definitely produced more than i thought. M59 is treacherous
michsnowfreak
What a great night. Roads are a nightmare but its worth it. Snowing, beautiful sculpted drifts everywhere but not enough to have any grass pickers anywhere, powder plastered to windowsills...its the perfect winter night. Im sure I will end up over 6", probably there now as I havent measured in 2 hours, which is the high end of my expectations...but north of town will not be surprised to see 10" report in the M59 corridor, an area that was forecast 3-5". andyhb
Had a nice cigar stub saved from Christmas Eve. Went outside and enjoyed it in what is bona fide moderate snow. When a gust picked up, and blew some of it around, it made it look almost heavy. Probably 3/4-1" down, although it's going to be tough to measure. You have sex with it yet? snowstormcanuck
Closing in on an inch here now. That band over haldimand county is getting my eye. If it comes this way look out! It's going to be tough. That's the band associated with the trowal that the models pivot over Lk Ontario. Even with these moderate bursts though, assuming it keeps up all night, we could do quite well.

Harry
3-4 ( hard to say with all the constant blowing ) should do it here. Not a bad lil system here. I am happy with it. 2-6 looks to be the general theme from about Grand Rapids on south and east. Nice band over top of Grand Rapids on north/ne so it is not done yet it seems for some. Stevo6899
Romeo toward P.H is where its at tonight. Definitely feels nice to have a storm sort of overachieve a bit in this area. Have a friend in romeo that says he measured close to 8 inches but who knows how accurate it is.
Chargers09
Looks like the banding tilting more NE as it comes off from lake huron/sw ontario. Returns increasing over the SE part of MI, too. Could see a bit more snow pop through here in harper woods before all is said and done.
Chicago WX
I'll toot my own horn here, but here was my final call for LAF. It was purely for fun of course, with the specific forecasts, but better to be lucky than good. Kidding about tooting my horn, for real. Just dumb luck. LAF: 3-5" (Chad 3.8", Hoosier 4.3", me and blue 4.6") Final totals: Chad 4.0", Hoosier 4.3", me and blue 4.5"
Snowstorms
Just measured 2.2cm, not bad at all. That burst really boosted totals up, grass is nearly covered now. Light-moderate snows currently.
DAFF
Nap is over ..... Time to jump into the loader and get back to it. So what time is everyone thinking the snow is going to turn off. I'm hoping for 5am.
