I don't think Westchester is at any danger of switching to rain right now. I've seen these scenarios play out many times, and we hold onto the cold a lot better than NYC or NJ. Heavy snow went to sleet and now is flipping back to heavy snow once the heavier precip came in. 2 to 2.5" at this point and coming down hard.
