It's been bothering me that's been bandied about and it's not just improper - it's wrong, both factually and theoretically. There's no high horse attitude about it! The reason busts anger me now is the meteorological prediction aspect...I want us to get it right. When I tell my family 12" and they get 6" or less, I hate that.
