weatherMA
Your phone isn't looping it. Its a loop...the beginning of the loop is 905pm. Will what do you have? I literally just measured only 1.8" here (it looks like it too, grass not completely covered) and someone submitted to BOX 2.7" at 600' elevation...If you have 3" I'm guessing its my measurement that's off...but if you have 2-2.5" I'm guessing its him... CT Rain
Ah, good to know. Getting anxious 60 miles north. It took a little bit... was under a 30dbz band on KENX radar and it was just weenie flakes that had half sublimated but within about 15 minutes it was ripping. wxsniss
Question re: the snow/sleet/rain line on dual-pol radar: Why can we see the line advancing northward over Connecticut, but not the line advancing westward over eastern Mass?
DomNH
Nice FU hole seems to be developing in N Middlesex and into SNH on radar. This is where I get impatient.

Because its not a sleet/snow line over E MA...its a rain/snow line...its snow aloft which the radar picks up but melts to rain because of the BL over far E MA.
