MN Transplant
felt good not caring about this last clipper Yup. Tree work scheduled on Friday, so wouldn't mind if that mess misses also.
EastCoast NPZ
If it isn't windy, it doesn't feel cold when snow is falling. (IMO) Any thoughts to why 28 and snow feels warmer than 28 and no snow? My theory is that the flakes provide a little insulation by reflecting the IR escaping your body. The same effect, but muted of course, as digging a shelter in a snow bank. The fact that so many people report this phenomenon leads me to suspect it's not simply a matter of perception.
