FrederickWX
i guess for every wedge that hangs around too long....it's nice to finally see one give up so easily... Yeah, it's pretty unusual for those of us in northern Maryland to see a wedge like this lift out in time before the next cold front pushes through. Usually, we're in fog/clouds/drizzle while places south of DC and west of the mountains are sunny and warmer.

usedtobe
The baby got to meet some of our neighbors today. Great walking weather! It was an awesome day. I played golf in a tee shirt and was sweating some. I love snow but if I'm not gonna get it, I certainly would opt for this over a cold cloudy day. Bob Chill
I'm not gonna fake it and say I would prefer snow and cold ALL the time......I had a great afternoon outside in shorts and a t-shirt. I think it recharged my batteries for model watching tho. Lolz

Fozz
We get this warmth (and some) at least 8 out of 12 months.......not sure why it's such a big deal.
clueless
We get this warmth (and some) at least 8 out of 12 months.......not sure why it's such a big deal. It is Jan. and some are looking for snow or at least weather that simulated winter. Not a huge outpouring of dismay about today. Fatigue sets it when desperately seeking signs of just a marginal event. It was a good respite.

Perhaps not but we keep optimistically shifting to two weeks out for our chance of something good. Fortunately we are out of time soon.
