snownut
Lovely day here in WV, last of the snow is melting Able to get some outdoor touch up painting done before my Jan 21st showing. Partly sunny and 62 after a high of 63 earlier. Just right except the mud and the fact that it is January 12th!
WVclimo
52 is the high so far here in the valley. One patch of snow left in the front yard, in the shadow of a pine tree. Some of the plowed piles along the road still around. Yard cleanup set for tomorrow morning, with a big fire to get rid of it while the games are on. Mrs.J
Took advantage of this day to clean out my flower beds. I have perennials that the dead stuff needed to come off after that last snow. My girls are enjoying being out also. It is currently 56 up here.

Avdave
Only got to a high of 51* here. Fog rolled back in this late afternoon, you could see it rolling in across the airfield at work and then on the way home it was pretty thick at times. 41* here now

Enjoyed some time outside on our deck this afternoon. Felt like an early spring day and the bird activity was great.....lots of jays, cardinals, woodpeckers, robins, etc.

It will cover a pretty large area, and may succeed in running the mole off. If you can trace the trails or runs, you can also spread coffee grounds there. BristowWx
Has everyone noticed how every threat of snow no matter how remote seems to evaporate within a few days of the event...it's mind boggling...I think we are going toward a shut out this year...at least at the three airports

BristowWx
ZR = freezing rain. Yeah I know...I was asking where it was modeled...I was looking at the NAM and watching the GFS come in and they both look like train wrecks to me

Amped
Heights in the southeast are still too damn high. 576 needs to be down to cental, FL at least. Otherwise, the NAO AO and PNA aren't going to do jack.
