The secondary is taking over fast and will move just east of the mouth of the bay from what I'm seeing. Depending on how fast it depens could allow for just enough dynamics and throw back moisture to give the the big cities or aleast just NW a could shot at some snow. Dual-pol is still a learning experience for me, but it looks like once the leading edge is through, the R/S line is basically Annapolis to Andrews AFB to Fredericksburg. We would need to get to 1/31/13 to tie that at DCA.
