We would need to get to 1/31/13 to tie that at DCA. Of course, since a bunch of us were out of town for "commutageddon", our number blows that out of the water already. I realize "better" is assuming that they're good now but you get the idea. havent looked much at that aspect this morning. i guess they could at least stabilize or drop a smidge as precip starts. it's certainly warmer and later than i would have hoped for even not thinking about the less precip thing.
