CT Rain
This initial thump will be about it for accumulating snow in most of CT. Some off and on light mixed precip and freezing drizzle through the overnight.. maybe some light snow again toward 12z as s/w approaches.
HoarfrostHubb
I've been wondering about that dry air--it certainly can't help with things up here. Will this be your second parental Christmas? Fun times--have a great one. And you say I'm Eeyoreing? Lol... 1, maybe 2" for us is what I thought. I was down about the next event

weathafella
About a half inch so far in ridgewood, NJ, north of NY. Steady light snow magical on Christmas eve. Hope it works out for everyone in SNE. I have faith that the new stream will deliver if the southern one doesn't. You're from Ridgewood? We (Teaneck HS) played Ridgewood. Snow sky now here...looks like the push from NJ may not make it with any oomph but I'm thinking we cash in late from the stuff in ny state.
