Jan 26, 2013 -  T  (all-day snow event - every flake melted on contact with temp in upper 20s - love that sun-angle)

Feb 1, 2013  -   T (hard to underperform when you're forecasted for under 1-inch of clipper snow.  thank goodness we didn't miss the gale-force winds afterwards)

Feb 3, 2013 -   1.0 inches (AM clipper, completely melted by noon, despite light snow and below freezing temps)

Feb 8, 2013 -   .25" wet slop (thanks for the car-topper, Nemo!)

Feb 13, 2013 - .5 inches (rain-to-snow evening slop on elevated surfaces and grass only)

Mar 5, 2013 -   1.0 inches at midnight (snowing hard)

Mar 6, 2013 -   9.0 inches

 

Seasonal Total: 21.0 inches

(For the seasons in bold, the December snowfall exceeded the rest of the months combined, as has this year so far.  If we can swing more than an inch tomorrow night, that stat will be off the table.)

Interesting. Last year here the Oct snow exceeded the rest of the winter, iirc. Here this year the snowiest month has been March at 11.5, all at once of course.

So sad that the kids headed down from up north for college down there now think it doesn't snow in the "South." Feb 03 Towson MD, 30 + on the month solid snow cover well into March. Man I miss those snowy Southern times... (just missing the good ole days with you guys)  And to think I missed 10!
