NYCSuburbs
Quickly picking up in eastern Bergen county. Went from nothing to light snow with big flakes in 10 mins, accumulating on non-paved surfaces.
nzucker
Just started to snow here in lower Westchester. Yeah, I have a light snow at 35.2/28. I'm hoping temperatures drop to freezing so we can get the roads covered. If we lay down some snow cover, it may also help with boundary layer warming on the Wednesday storm, especially if we pick up a few inches tonight and that helps us radiate the next couple of nights. Storm At Sea
Christmas miracle. First whiff I've ever experience with the SREF. Last run I saw had 10% chance of 1 inch. BTW, changeover is moving north pretty rapidly, but still snow here in CNJ. I thought it was supposed to be raining outside? What is all this white coming down from the sky? jasperk99
I live right next to the Hudson River in Northern Yonkers, I can confirm it is snowing but not really sticking at this point, although my location directly adjacent to the river always seems to hurt my accumlations on borderline events. Sampson
Solid dusting on grassy surfaces and coming down moderately attm. 33* according to my car but not sure if that's correct or not.
TWCCraig
I don't expect the rain/snow line to go to far north before it stops. The rain/snow line will probably stop at LI south shore, if not a little further north.
