Another inch and we'd be at WSW criteria, hopefully, have 6 inches on the ground already, so it'll look nice for sure, start time about 9AM Would probably need a forecast of 6-8 to justify warning. So 3 more inches. Even higher forecast snow totals would be needed for a 24 hour period. But this event will take place within 12 hours, so lower totals satisfy the criteria.
