Some incredible statistics for December in Charlotte

2. There's been exactly two days this month which featured a high in the 40's. There has been and will continue for the next 7 days to be no days which feature a high in the 30's.

3. There has been exactly ONE freeze this month at the airport. When you realize the average low has been as low as 33 for the last 2 weeks, that's amazing.

4. If the month ended right now, this December would rank as the 3rd warmest December of all time and the warmest since 1956.

This month has pretty much almost been the equivalent of an August 2007 or July 2012, just focused in a colder time of year.
