FrederickWX
FYI... When typing out a new post, the enter key does not work when using IE10 and Windows 8. Have seen this issue on three different Windows 8 machines, and it only affects this forum. Other forums using this software don't exhibit this issue. For AmericanWX, I have to use bloaty Firefox. Bleh.
Wow
I added some code that should temporarily fix it (i think it puts it into IE9 compatibility mode automatically) Once I update to 3.4.x I figure it'll fix it for good.
Clinch Leatherwood
Wow, also...there are a lot of crap outs in IE10. IE you type a post hit post and it comes back to a "page cannot be displayed" Only seems to happen in IE10.
FrederickWX
I added some code that should temporarily fix it (i think it puts it into IE9 compatibility mode automatically) Once I update to 3.4.x I figure it'll fix it for good. Sorry to say, but unfortunately, the temporary code fix isn't working. The Return key is still not working, unless I enable Compatibility Mode myself in IE10. Then, it works. However, in Compatibility Mode, the graphics that make up the dropdowns for the Font and Size are misaligned. There are also tons of other graphical anomalies in Compatibility Mode, which makes the forums look pretty awful, and basically unusable. No big deal, as I'll continue to use Chrome or bloated Firefox. Just wanted you to be aware of the IE10 issues.
Wow
I'm going to test out 3.4.x and if all goes well I will upgrade the live board to it. That should include all fixes to make IE10 happy.
