Ger
I am in Capitol Hill, the northern reaches of Capitol Hill, and I can confirm that the ground is soggy from all the rain and, earlier, a brief period of what I suppose by definition were "snowflakes" but really just glorified white rain. I am going to frolick in the puddles on Maryland avenue this Christmas Eve.
Solo2
Accumulating snow is over. 1.5" on the sidewalk and about 2.1" on the the piece of wood I tossed down on the grass. Awesome.
Swiscaster
I can corroborate the report of puddles in Capitol Hill--they are also quite deep near the National Christmas Tree here on The Mall.

Always a fun ride to see the difference in accumulations in these type of events. I-70 was in rough shape crossing Braddock and South Mts. Cars sliding in every direction on snow-covered, icy roads. Mrs.J
Just came back from dinner in downtown Frederick. Roads are horrible. Saw plows just sitting along the side watching the drivers go by. I would say we got around 1.5"-2". On the way home noticed that the snow was mixing with rain. But the snow is done now. Still it is beautiful and my girls are happy. Solo2
Took a drive up in elevation. Unfortunately the 70w ramp on rt 40 was closed due to a tractor trailer being stuck. Seems like ~2.25-2.5" under 600'. Closer to 3" from 800' up and about 4" at 1200' and presumable more as you go up, but I had to head back down the hills. It was still snowing lightly during the drive.

Solo2
Should also mention in the 20-30mins I was driving, no roads had been treated nor did I see any snow plows. Looks like Mdot got caught sleepin'.
I-83 BLIZZARD
Back roads in northern Baltimore County were terrible crossing into York county pa. Untreated by Penn dot and Baltimore County. Many steep hill roads closed in southern York county.

Looks like Mdot got caught sleepin'. You guessed right. Like I said we went downtown, Christmas Eve tradition to eat out downtown, and the roads had not been touched heading down and back. I would have thought that they would have at least been treated.
