wxmanmitch
I actually think 12Z Euro is pretty good for the Berks and N ORH as most of the precipitation falls as snow before the midlevels warm up. Unless there's a sneaky warm layer above 850 mb, this is a warning level event for this area. We'd probably end as some pingers and drizzle, but this is still a good event for PSF, AQW, and ALB. Clinch Leatherwood
He's been right with his ideas though. That's why he's pissed. It isn't worth it Jerry. I don't think pessimism has been unwarranted for the winter months these last 2 winters. I hope that we see a break on Xmas and again on the 28th in SNE, but to say that it looks promising on 12/25 or again on the 28th. CT Blizz who are you speaking for? Will, Scott, Phil? Anyone else? Logan11
It looks like all snow and a significant amount here to me. The taint almost touches us, but by then it's mainly done. Obviously we can't have any northwest shifts though. A thump of snow to a pingfest for me.

Damage In Tolland
Well, none the less, some of us in SNE are expecting snow on snow events this week even if it's follwed by a mixed bag. I am really looking forward to the next 10 days. Couple bouts of snow/ ice and maybe some rain. Regardless it's a net gain for all of us siince none of us have any snow. That's a win in my eyes
Clinch Leatherwood
Let's reel in the excessive junk posts and keep it to wx. I'm done, and I'm sorry Dendrite. It just gets to be too much after awhile. We all want snow, if we didn't we wouldn't be fighting over it on a weather forum. Apologies to all. CNE/NNE will do very well on this next one. Felt that way all along. Will's area who knows.

N. OF PIKE
well guys one good thing is that the storm has not followed the GFS. which likely means to me the gfs will come to the euro. i think that is likely at this point . From there the euro has a bit of room to slide a bit more SE . i don't like the SE /ESE isobars from eastport maine to cape cod that the euro has been showing for the last 5 runs but hopefully that is after a front end thump some coastal plain people can enjoy. wxeyeNH
Interesting that Dendrite has all bare ground and I am just about totally snowcovered, 20 miles to the north. The snow line runs right through the NW part of the lakes region in NH. Snow is totally glaciated and not going anywhere fast.

Winter FTL Well Dave anyone locking in the Euro today needs to reevaluate. I would not be at all surprised if this is a CC canal special, you know your climo on those. Will made some very salient points which as soon as the Euro came out were quickly forgotten. Do not let CP residents influence you.
