thedude11
^^ It is possible... Although the one weather segment that I did see - they showed their 5 day or 7 day forecast and Xmas day just had "Clouds and Sun" with no mention of precipitation. Boch23
I must say I am somewhat surprised that there isn't any mention of the possibility of precip on Christmas - at least on nbc10 and 6abc from what I watched this morning.. Seems pretty likely that there will be some type of precip on Xmas in the Delaware Valley. Maybe they are just being cautious... There are people here at my work mentioning possible snow/rain on christmas so they are reading it somewhere.
wederwarrior
Christmas snow would be an amazing thing! 2002 was mentioned, but personally I did not experience that in yardley. This has all my attention now.

hazwoper
On 12Z GFS at 72, seems to be a lot more energy at 500mb. Low in similar position as 6Z. Should be interesting.
hazwoper
Based on hr 81, looks to come in between 0Z and 6Z as far as intensity and track.
jwilson
It's been a good while since I've seen a "clipper" preceding an impressive Miller A event. I'd say we're due within the next two weeks. At least January looks a bit more hopeful today. I'll take an inch out of this no doubt (just no rain, thanks).
chubbs
Weaker and warmer than 06z. Still puts out an inch or two for northern part of area. A little better cold push behind the storm could help the next storm

I only remember the last decade of Christmases being sunny and 50+ or raining. Maybe your memory is better than mine... I wouldn't doubt it. But here's to the possibility of snow!
