All the spotter reports from the Cedar Rapids area are 6+ inches, but an average of 25+ measurements in my fence-enclosed backyard(subtracting a half inch to account for the grass) only gets me 4.5 inches.

Sounds like some compaction and melting. Go with 5" and call it a day.

Either way, another underperformer for YBY, sorry dude.

Not doing too bad to my west in Champaign. Mod snow with a peak gust of 53 mph last hour.

Definitely nice flakes. Got kind of lucky with some redevelopment over us it seems. Looks like it may not last much longer though...

Yeah, looks like a break coming in. Probably a couple hours away before the band to the west works in. Winds should ramp up as that moves in too. Looks like cars are starting to get coates here.

Champaign is rocking...pretty impressive to be sustained above 45 mph
