CoastalWx
can you post the later frames? just curious about what you were saying on 850-700 WF pushing north It sort of damped out, but that kink is a mechanism in the form of a front where air can be lifted. This is all according to the NAM of course.

Ginx snewx
What are you using to look at omega values? I thought SPC had that but I can't find it. I look at individual soundings data text on Plymouth.
HIPPYVALLEY
Scott looks like you will get your Xmas snow with the baby. More for him than the little one of course. My boy was 5mos old for the 2011 October bomb and I tried my best to get him interested but in the end a few furrowed brows was the only acknowledgment he gave me for all my HECS excitement. lol. CT Rain
Yep, btw Ryan's snow growth fetish looks better on this NAM run, My hood sounding was saturated to 625 I actually blogged about it too. There was a period of good snow growth to bad snow growth on the NAM at 18z. GFS has perked up a bit with QPF.

40/70 Benchmark
NAM is super close to giving us the Gulf Stream storm miracle. look at around hour 42 or 45 it is super close to the NAM being out performed by real life circumstances. Dude, enough with the gulf stream.
OKpowdah
00z GFS is a notable improvement. Southern stream is closer to a phase with the northern s/w ... little more access to moisture

CoastalWx
Just some subtle differences..maybe a bit more phasing comparing 00z Tuesday on the 12z run to 00z Tuesday on this current 00z run, but it bumped up QPF slightly to just over 0.1" south of the Pike. Maybe near 0.2" in spots.

moneypitmike
Would be shocked if anyone got 4" As would I--but it's fun to read it anyway. FWIW, I'm encouraged that Albany has my neighboring Northern Berkshire zone and Windham VT zones also getting 1-3". So, perhaps I'm not as fringe as I feared. 27.5/
