Looks like Euro has more QPF than the GFS for the Christmas Eve event, but it still more NW on the 27th event.

With the lack of a strong low, were going to need the track to be perfect, this thing is not going to make its own cold air with ease, when the low is that week, were not going to be seeing the same CAA we might in other events.

Too close for comfort at BOS? I think you'd survive on that setup. Though obviously you want to be careful of the sfc wind component and BL wind if that low tracks a bit close.

Yeah it has an east wind look before

maybe flipping north. Just a little too close for comfort, but I highly doubt this is the locked solution.

Could be very nice period for CNE/NNE from Pike north...worried about seasonal trend for storms to become more amped inside of 120 hours. Hopefully it starts far enough SE that some NW shifts still keep most in the good stuff lol.

Coast would be iffy, I like the trajectory both are taking though for up here

Lock this up...I'll gladly rain on Wednesday

You sound like "Whimpy" on Popeye. " I'll gladly pay you on Tuesday if you buy me a hamburger today....."

Good christ!

by the time D15 rolls around some interior zones could have a 50" snow pack at that rate - wow

Oh, no--you didn't just say that.......quick delete that post!

it would horrible if the BL is cook'd in Coastal areas for xmas day and the 27'th oh dear.

on the other hand interior areas look primed to score on xmas day and while the 27'th is up in the air , they are looking good as well. i think we will see quite a gradient from plymouth/scituate area NW to ORH airport. perhaps in both systems
