Enough with the passive aggressive insulting posts. Scott is the last person who would focus on the sfc over upper levels.

He's upset that I didn't describe how strong the vortmax was in units as it goes NW of us. Weenies at 3am just want a quick overview. The maps are on Alan's site too.

SV had zilch over CT

Sounds like SV has issues with their maps.

I know sometimes they don't map up with WSI Euro QPF too.

In this case its not a huge deal since the precip in CT is pretty light...only several hundreths. But surprised they don't show it.

Who cares though? It means little in the grand scheme of things when models don't agree much. There isn't a need for in depth analysis.

You presented analyis of the Euro that was misleading. So I presented what I believed was more accurate analysis that painted a clearer picture of what the model was showing. That's not in depth analysis. And it's not like nobody cares whether or not there is snow for Xmas. The Euro is showing snow into C and ENY on the 25th. And the Euro isn't the NOGAPS. I think that's worthy of mentioning.

There's no reason I should get **** for accurately describing a model depiction. Why can't you just say you took a quick glance at the Euro and didn't have time to really digest it... instead of arguing that nobody cares.

Dude, that is the dying primary that doesn't affect us....get a clue.

Exactly, a dying primary in the Lakes! And it got there because H5 was fairy wrapped up and far NW. That's quite different than what the GFS and GGEM are showing. Which is why it would be very misleading to say the "wave" slides south of SNE.

For the moment is seems I'm the only one in this thread with a clue. But I suspect that's just because people who have a clue are not posting.

He was on his cell phone, thus it was more time intensive to only post regarding weather elements directly impacting sne, which was the weak wave.

Christ...

You make BIrving look like Donny Ballgame.
