It's Always Sunny
Hope folks toss gfs Yeah it's a strange situation with H85 temps. You have the NAM playing it colder, GFS warmer, and Euro right in the middle. As I was taught in middle school go with the average. You're right though, GFS I think is being too generous with the warm air.
CoastalWx
The second wave was ugly to Sunday River practically. First wave, was good.
ORH_wxman
What a waste on that 2nd wave...so much potential there will a lot of moisture to work with. Probably going to be rain for most on that one until you get halfway up Maine...though I think N VT will probably clean up nicely on the usual upslope behind it with a lot of synoptic moisture still around. Ginx snewx
The second wave was ugly to Sunday River practically. First wave, was good. Splitting Pubic hairs now though. Anyways the Euro was a different setup, the GFS may be right who knows, but if consistency is what a pro forecaster is looking for good luck, I would not want to forecast this one. moneypitmike
Look on the bright side--it shows the Frdiay system too. Though I think it's going to play out warm/rain with that based on what I see at 120z.
CoastalWx
No for places like KLEW, Berlin, Interior foothills to Western Maine Mts as was the discussion Euro was pretty wet though, I mean maybe less rain...but don't forget thatw as the 00z run. You don't know what 12z will do yet.
dryslot
No cold air, no real blocking this is one time when you actually can lock in the GFS 4 days out. Yeah sure, We will, rain for all
dendrite
Euro wasn't great, but the ens were a bit better...rain for me either way on part 2, but it's interesting for BML and much of Maine.

ORH_wxman
Starting to wonder if Orh north ever goes above freezing before flip back to snow Tuesday Doubtful...its never going to get that warm....but it could be a 34F rain for a long time. The cold push south today which was one of the keys backed off a little bit in the past 12-24 hours...so not sure if we have enough of a dry dewpoint pool to work with...we'll find out later tonight and tomorrow morning. Agree. It's a balmy 36/25 here and not even noon. Not exactly setting the table for a banquet for round 1. Just a quick buffett or perhaps drive-thru instead.
