skierinvermont
Solar bloggers have predicted for a decade that the record solar minimum would cause global cooling. Given the absence of cooling, they have popularized the use of magical lags to explain the lack of cooling. Here is the challenge: Propose one hypothetical mechanism by which a a negative forcing strong enough to create net-negative forcing does not cause a near-immediate decline in OHC. By definition, negative forcing yields an immediate decline in earth's energy of which OHC is the vast majority.

I give up I can't seem to do it without invoking changes in the height of the Antarctic Wall (of Flat Earth Society fame) caused by the recent well publicized increases in antipodeal ice levels, resulting in a reduced Southern Hemisphere photoperiod.
