Midlo Snow Maker
New GFS is better than past runs. Keeps precip over se va for many frames. Might be picking up on bay effect too. Verbatim a few inches with high ratios? looks like some nice mood flakes
VABILLUPS1
12z GFS might be good for an inch, maybe 2 in spots. I'll take it.

Euro needs to come on board with this but it has proven itself to be unreliable in some events.

VABILLUPS1
12z Euro looks like a period of rain (at least for SE VA) early Sat. then maybe something else swinging through in the afternoon/evening with a period of light snow. Hard to see the details with the 24 hr time steps.
Coach McGuirk
12z GFS looks nice but only .1 in of that is snow for Hampton Roads.

WeSuck
Euro is past it's best use. Heard it still did show 1"+ NE NC and SE VA. RAP looks sick with strength of energy at 18hr. 06z NAM and GFS look even better! Probably 2"-3"+. It this works out, this may be the first time the weenie in me follows a non-storm from model run to model run and have it actually work in my favor. lol
WeSuck
umm, guys? ...... http://raleighwx.americanwx.com/models/gfsensemble/members/06zsnowf054.html 6z GFS Ensembles High Resolution NAM has 4-5" Southside
SeVa
These trends are definitely nice. It's not too often that you see every member of the ensembles with at least 2-3" for us. Although, I am not sure if the ensembles carry any weight now that we are this close to the event and will benefit more from the higher res operational.
