Nearing 4.5" inches here with light snow. We've had pretty good snow growth most of the day with mainly dendrites, leading to decent snow ratios.

funny you mention that. We only had good dendrites this morning when we had a heavier band move through which dropped about half of our entire storm accumulation in about 2 hours. Since this morning we've had mostly snow grains here and thats what continues to fall atm. Falling steadily enough to coat the roads etc. again and freshen up the snow piles.

getting moderate LES just south of L ontario, just north of rochester in Irondequoit. I was a bit disapointed w/ the lake enhancement 2 days ago w/ the big storm. We did have 11 inches but almost all synoptic. I think the original storm kept the flow to confused for a good n or ne flow to really add to total just south of ontario. but i've had 5 inches today and it's coming down at about 1/2 inch per hr now w/ no sign of stopping. surprised nws hasn't upgraded us to lake effect advisory, but they focus like a laser on buffalo and the s/e areas. I don't blame them, its sooo terribly hard to forecast stuff south of lake ontario. but we're in the sh.t.... lol

I was looking at the BGM reports and cannot believe Delhi/Walton only picked up 6-7. We had about 8 as of 7pm, and then at least two or three overnight. I swear! Some LES flurries blowing around now, but no more accumulation. I am confused as to why our totals in Andes seem unrepresented. I am at 2000 ft, but people down in the village agree--it was a three pass of the plow kind of day in their driveways.

It seemed similar over in Trout Creek yesterday. No official measurements there, but it seemed like 8"+/- by the time it got dark. At home I "only" got 5.2" yesterday, 2.0" overnight and 0.5" this morning.
