I'm at around 10 inches with moderate snow and 25.5F. My last measurement at 5:50 AM was 9" and it has ripped good the past hour.

Same up here.

I didn't look at the time but we had quite the sleet storm for about an hour overnight.

Did you have it also?

Wonder how far north that made it.

Maybe Orleans County. :) Nice little rural county out there I "very ocasionally" get to for wills and other records. Flat as a pancake terran-wise.

I can say driving across clear across the county last night starting around midnight, in what is normally a 25 min drive took close to an hr!! Thought this did include 2 quick stops to check on people off the rd. I took my normal shortcut which includes side rds, which I knew would be an adventure, but sure was glad to have my bigger 4x4 truck..Few drifts sent snow over the hood! Rough estimate is a solid ft, will see when I had out in a bit.

I had close to a foot of snow on my car in Orchard Park this morning. I did notice a layer of glaze on top, and there appeared to be some freezing drizzle occurring. When I got to Buffalo there were still flurries going on however. Looks like about the same amount of snow in Buffalo as in Orchard Park. No problems driving - in fact, traffic was moving faster than it normally would be during commute time, likely due to many people being off today. Since the snow is mostly stopped and winds are no longer strong enough for drifting looks like there should not be any serious travel issues going forward for WNY.

13.5", liquid equivalent i got was 1.32" which seems too high, wondering if I had some error introduced by blowing snow off trees.

Must be like the SYR ASOS which reported 0.49" of water in an hour this morning with moderate snow lol.

So far the big winner is Copenhagen, NY on the NE upslope side of the Tug Hill with 18".

Yeah amounts should be pretty uniform across the area. The only places that probably got more (which may or may not be captured in the PNS) is the large NE facing hills and some localized areas near the Lake Ontario shoreline.

Greece got 14" which is probably due to some lake-enhancement.

Picked up around 8" at home when I left for work a little while ago, I'll see if there was anything additional to add later on. Looks like NWS Albany just reported even more down at their office with 10".

I wonder how many times all the "big" Upstate NY cities reached double digits in snowfall from the same storm system? Pretty incredible. I'm sure it happened during the March 1993 storm, but nothing else is coming to mee off the top of my head.

About 9.5" on the ground here, maybe we'll pick up another half inch with some light snow. This event definitely exceeded my expectations with downsloping not being much of an issue, at least on the west side of the Hudson River.
