I want a storm partly just to see the dual-pol in action. It is pretty cool to see the R/S line south of Madison, WI today.

I'm due to miss some snow.. the odds are probably higher than normal of friendly trends.

0.25ish ice storm will make me happy. I don't HAVE to drive anywhere and it probably won't knock out power.

Ice is cool... perhaps the most overhyped of all weather types around here since I've been in town but then again a mm can shut down all the area roads. ;)

Still amazes me how many people can't read a map or even know where they live or their county shape....yeesh

There are a ton of people in this country that would look at a blank map of the United States with outlines of each state and not be able to pick out Texas. That is sad.

Ok Ian, I've done my job from like a gagillion hours out. We're inside of 7 days. Bring this sucker home and make it snow dammit.

It's probably a good thing Wes is out shopping. We get a little extra time to enjoy the run before our hopes get pummeled like the Browns last Sunday.

we're like the wizards. On the rare occasion we pull off an upset

Took forEVER to get anything from NCEP.

Between instantweathermaps, Raleigh's site, and twisterdata, I don't know why anyone goes to NCEP anymore. I buried the link three folders deep.
